Stauffenberg

The Schenken von Stauffenberg’s have owned a brewery and brandy distillery since the 18th century. Until a few years ago, these exquisite fruit brandies were only produced for in-house consumption – even now the entire process remains limited to individually crafted micro-editions. Along the same lines, the distillery still uses a 1930s copper still, heated over a wood fire: After all, Stauffenberg is all about quality, not quantity.
