Schwittenberg is an owner-operated conept store and is one of the leading retail stores in Germany and Europe in the field of contemporary and luxury fashion. Our assortment is available in our retail store in downtown Munich, as well as in our webshop.
Every season we passionately put together an interesting mix of women’s and men’s collections by international designers such as Dries van Noten, Isabel Marant, Acne Studios and A.P.C. and independent labels such as Lutz Huelle and A Kind of Guise. A carefully assembled selection of furniture, liquors, perfumes, jewelry, stationery and toys completes the range.

Working student (m/f/d) for e-commerce
(up to 20 hours/week)
Your tasks are
- Processing of orders and returns in the store system and in the merchandise management system
- Processing of customer inquiries
- Maintenance of the online product inventory
Your profile
- independent and solution-oriented work
- Good PC skills and previous experience in using webshop systems such as Shopify or Woocommerce
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Reliability and ability to work in a team

- Presentation of goods on the sales floor
Your profile
- Completed training in retail or comparable training or professional experience in the contemporary and luxury segment
- Strong customer and service orientation

- Very good manners and well-groomed appearance
- Good command of written and spoken English
