You can return your order from within the EU free of any charge within 14 days after you received your order. Orders from outside of the EU can also be returned within 14 days after you received the order. But in this case the costs for the return have to be borne by the customer.
If you want to return your order, please send an email with your order number to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we can only accept returned items from the country which the original shipment was sent to. We can only accept returned items that are new, unused and with all designer and garment tags still attached. Returned items, that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Customers from Germany or Austria can use our DHL-portal and create a label for the free return shipment. Please click the respective link below and fill in your order number, your email and your address. You will then receive an email with the shipping label and further details. Please print the label and attach it on the return box.
