The red Williams pear from the sunny slopes of South Tyrol is distilled and aged for several months in French oak until the fruity, full-bodied pear aroma combines with the spicy tartness of the wood. The intense aroma and full-bodied smoothness give the brandy a subtle elegance with an impressive finish.
